We collect information you provide directly to us, including your name, email address, and payment information when you create an account or purchase credits. When candidates submit resumes through our platform, we collect the resume content for AI processing purposes.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to provide and improve our AI screening service, process payments, communicate with you about your account, and ensure the security of our platform. Resume data is processed through Google Gemini AI to generate candidate evaluations.
3. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard practices. We use PostgreSQL databases hosted on Supabase with encrypted connections. PDF resume files are stored in secure cloud storage buckets. All data transmission is encrypted via TLS/HTTPS.
4. Candidate Data
Resume data submitted by candidates is processed solely for the purpose of generating AI evaluations. When using the client-side Resume Audit tool, PDF text extraction occurs entirely within the user's browser — no data is transmitted to our servers during the preview phase. Server-side processing only occurs after explicit user action.
5. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate the platform:
- Supabase — Database hosting and file storage
- Google Gemini AI — Resume analysis and evaluation
- Paystack — Payment processing
- Vercel — Application hosting
6. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Candidate evaluation data is retained for the duration of the job campaign. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting our support team.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You may export your data or close your account at any time through the dashboard settings. For data deletion requests regarding candidate submissions, please contact your hiring team administrator.
