By accessing or using Screendocs ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Service Description

Screendocs is an AI-powered CV screening and document parsing engine that helps hiring teams automate candidate shortlisting. The Service operates on a pay-per-use credit model. Credits are consumed when processing candidate resumes through our AI evaluation pipeline.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding the password you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

4. Credits & Billing

Screendocs operates on a pay-per-use credit system. Credits are purchased in packs and are consumed when processing candidate resumes. Credits do not expire. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law. Payment processing is handled securely via Paystack.

5. Data Privacy & Security

We take data privacy seriously. Candidate data submitted through our platform is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We use industry-standard security measures including encryption, secure storage, and access controls to protect your data.

6. AI Processing Disclaimer

Our AI-powered screening provides evaluations and recommendations based on automated analysis. These evaluations are intended to assist hiring decisions, not replace human judgment. Screendocs is not liable for hiring decisions made based on AI evaluations. Users should exercise independent judgment in all hiring decisions.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to upload, transmit, or distribute any content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of others. You agree not to attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Service. Any violation may result in account termination.
